1. Shipping Areas
We ship our products to customers worldwide. Delivery is from our warehouse in Wuppertal, Germany.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the destination country. The exact costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
Domestic (Germany): €4.99
EU countries: €7.99
International (Non-EU / Worldwide): €9.99
3. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods generally takes place within the following timeframes:
Germany: 2-5 business days
European Union: 4-10 business days
International (non EU): 7-14 business days
Note: For international shipments, unforeseen delays may occur due to customs processing in the destination country, which are beyond our control.
4. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees (Important for Non-EU Customers)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, USA, UK), additional taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply to your order.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are usually collected directly by local customs authorities or the shipping carrier upon delivery.

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your delivery online at any time.
6. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal of acceptance (e.g., due to non-payment of customs duties), we reserve the right to charge for the additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery or the return process.
7. Damage in Transit
Please inspect your package for damage immediately upon receipt. If the goods arrive damaged, please report this directly to the delivery driver if possible and contact us immediately.
